A huge plume of smoke rose from a production plant in Russia's Voronezh on Monday after a strike, as Ukraine said it had targeted the site.
Reuters confirmed the location of the video by matching buildings, walls, telecommunication infrastructure and signs to archive and satellite imagery. The date of the video was verified from a Telegram post by Voronezh local governor Alexander Gusev, which said production facilities at a Voronezh enterprise were damaged following the destruction of several high-speed aerial targets in the skies over the city on Monday. Ukraine's military also said it had hit a plant producing electronics for missiles in Voronezh region on Monday.
In a statement on Telegram, the Ukrainian General Staff said it had used air-launched cruise missiles to hit the facility, which it described as a "critical component" in Russia's defence production.
